Last night I posted a sneak peek of the newest Elixir shade ...
This polish will be released as a limited edition shade, due to the recent unavailability of the materials.
This is two coats of Bad Kitty, a glassy purple with a teal shimmer. I really like the formula a lot. The application is very smooth, and I did not have any problems with the polish pulling back from the tips.
Only 25 of these will be available for purchase, starting on Friday, March 9th, at 11:00am EST, on the Elixir Lacquers site. Each bottle will be numbered. Please limit one per customer!!!!!
I am trying very hard to get my hands on a bit more of the materials so that I may be able to release a second small set of these for a later date, but it is still up in the air.
And just for fun, I thought I'd show you how to make the absolute most out of this polish!!
Below, from left to right, is one coat of Bad Kitty layered over:
Orly Wandering Vine (Deep Green Creme), OPI Mermaid's Tears (Light Teal Creme), Revlon Blue Lagoon (Baby Blue Creme w/ Silver Shimmer), China Glaze First Mate (Deep Blue Creme), OPI Pink-ing About You (Light Pink Creme), Dare to Wear Hot Fever (Hot Pink Neon), China Glaze Sweet Hook (Very Light Purple Creme), Orly Charged Up (Purple Creme), New York Summer Hot Purple (Deep Purple Jelly), Revlon Stiletto (Black Creme), and then two coats of Bad Kitty on it's own.
I hope you like the newest Elixir Lacquer!! I know I sure do!!!!!
