Hi everyone!! Thank you all so much for all the well wishes! I am feeling much, much better today!!
The boys all busied themselves with some PS3 this evening, so I had some time to sit down and do this! I know what you're thinking, "Seriously, Nicole? More leopard??" Yeah, I like leopard.
I started off with two coats of Ulta Plum Street, a deep red creme.
Next, I taped off the top section of my nail to create the half moon look. (I do these easily by using those little notebook paper hole protectors.)
I then added one coat of China Glaze Kalahari Kiss, a nice sandy creme.
Next, I used my medium sized dotting tool with China Glaze Desert Sun, a soft carmel creme, to place some random dots that would serve as the center of the rosettes.
I then used Kiss Black with my tiny dotting tool and formed the outside rosette rings.
This step was by far the most lengthy of all, I can assure you.
I finished it all off with one coat of SV.
Truth be told, this took me around two hours to create. It was so nice to take my time with this!!
I am so thrilled with the end result, and I hope you are as well!!
I can't wait to see these out in the sun tomorrow! ...
Sun shots as promised!!!!
Happy Painting!
