Truly Magical

Hi everyone!!  I know I have been doing a crazy amount of swatches this week, and I'm no where near being done.  But I was seriously starting to have nail art withdrawals.

I started off with two coats of China Glaze Near Dark, a deep green jelly.  While it might appear to be thin and streaky, Near Dark picks up every shred of light in the room and gives you a really funky look.

Next, I added two coats of Girly Bits Street Magic, a multi-chrome that flashes from bronze to gold to green.  I followed it with one coat of SV.

I have used this polish twice when doing manis for my friends, but for some insane reason this was the first time I had used it on myself.  Forgive me, but ... what in the hell was I waiting for??

Street Magic is nothing short of dazzling.

Next, I used Bundle Monster plate BM-314 with Barry M Gold Foil for the filigree design, and followed it with one coat of Poshé.

I really love the way that Gold Foil works with Street Magic.  It's a fantastic accent that doesn't take away from the amazing color shifts.

I really had to force myself to stop taking pictures of it!!!

It took some work with lighting, but I was finally able to get the amazing green to show up!

I hope you all enjoy this one as much as I do!

Happy Painting!!!
