OPI San Francisco Collection Swatch & Review

Muir Muir on the Wall
This trailblazing plum is the fairest of all.

Muir Muir on the Wall is a gorgeous deep shimmering plum.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply.  This is such an amazing vampy shade!
Shown is two coats of Muir Muir on the Wall.

Haven’t the Foggiest
Can’t tell you why I love this misty gray...I just do!

Haven't the Foggiest is a slate grey metallic.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply, but did show brush streaks fairly heavily.  I really like how well the light reflects off of this one.
Shown is two coats of Haven't the Foggiest.

Keeping Suzi at Bay
There’s no holding back this assertive navy blue.

Keeping Suzi at Bay is a medium royal blue creme.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply, and has a ton of natural shine.  This is such an awesome nautical blue, I adore it!
Shown is two coats of Keeping Suzi at Bay.

In the Cable Car-Pool Lane
Good golly, Miss Trolley, this rich burgundy takes me away!

In the Cable Car-Pool Lane is a deep burgundy creme.  The formula was smooth and very easy to apply.  This is another strikingly vampy shade!  I love statement colors like this one.
Shown is two coats of In the Cable Car-Pool Lane.

Lost on Lombard
Oh garn-et! I’m all turned around!

Lost on Lombard is a medium red creme.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply.  I really like how this shade is a little bit muted.  It's bold with a little bit of a softness to it too.
Shown is two coats of Lost on Lombard.

Dining al Frisco
Just feast your eyes on this fresh-air blue!

Dining al Frisco is a medium blue shimmer.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply.  I like the flashes of bright blue through this shade, it really makes it pop.
Shown is two coats of Dining al Frisco.

Peace & Love & OPI
This holographic sage and eggplant is far out!

Peace & Love & OPI is a gorgeous smokey purple duo-chrome with flashes of green.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply.  The description does state that this is a holographic, but it definitely isn't.  It is an amazing duo-chrome though!!
Shown is two coats of Peace & Love & OPI.

A-Piers to Be Tan
I shore do like this chocolaty tan.

A-Piers to be Tan is a medium tan creme.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply.  I absolutely love this shade!  It's such a warm and striking color.
Shown is two coats of A-Piers to be Tan.

First Date at the Golden Gate
You and me and this shimmery ruby make three.

First Date at the Golden Gate is a medium cherry red creme.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply.  I'm not quite certain why this one was described as "shimmery", because there's absolutely zero shimmers present in the formula, but it is a really great red.
Shown is two coats of First Date at the Golden Gate.

I Knead Sour-Dough
Are you bready to wear this toasty warm brown?

I Knead Sour-Dough is a beautiful brown shimmer with a strong mauve undertone.  The formula was smooth and very easy to apply.  I think this shade could possibly be the result of a love affair between Wooden Shoe Like to Know and Hands Off my Kielbasa!  I was actually a little surprised at how much I loved this one!
Shown is two coats of I Knead Sour-Dough.

Embarca-Dare Ya!
Betcha can’t pass up this marvelous magenta.

Embarca-Dare Ya! is a medium magenta shimmer, with a strong berry undertone.  The formula was rich and very easy to apply.  This strikes me as such a great shade for the holidays!!
Shown is two coats of Embarca-Dare Ya!.

Incognito in Sausalito
You better keep this almost-black blue under wraps.

Incognito in Sausalito is a deep midnight blue creme.  The formula was relatively easy to apply, but was a little bit streaky in some places.  This blue is so dark that in indirect light, you'd swear it was black.
Shown is two coats of Incognito in Sausalito.

Wharf! Wharf! Wharf!
Dog-gone it...fetch me that textured matte blue!

Wharf! Wharf! Wharf! is a bright medium blue textured creme.  The formula was smooth and very easy to apply.  I was really happy to see this non-shimmer texture coat!!
Shown is two coats of Wharf! Wharf! Wharf!.

It’s All San Andreas’s Fault
I’d move mountains to get this textured earthy taupe!

It's All San Andreas' Fault is a stunning taupe textured creme.  The formula was smooth and very easy to apply.  I was really surprised at how much I instantly adored this shade!!  It's an awesome color on it's own, but the texture really makes it stand out.
Shown is two coats of It's All San Andreas' Fault.

Alcatraz...Rocks
There’s no escaping this arresting textured gray.

Alcatraz...Rocks is a blue-grey shimmering texture with flashes of gold and purple.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply.  This is such a fun shade to wear!  The different flashes of color make for a very dazzling effect.
Shown is two coats of Alcatraz...Rocks.

Overall, I'd have to say that there are definitely several must own shades in this collection!  I hope you enjoyed seeing them!!  Happy Painting!
