Ruby Wing Wicked West Collection Swatch & Review

Hi everyone!  I have the Wicked West Collection from Ruby Wing for you today!

Ruby Wing Wicked West

Back on the Saddle

Ruby Wing Wicked West

Back on the Saddle is a clear coat with a strong gold shimmer and gold iridescent hexes that shifts to a bold peach in the sunlight.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply.  I like this one a lot more than I thought I would.  It's really sweet and delicate.

Ride 'Em Cowgirl

Ruby Wing Wicked West

Ride 'Em Cowgirl is a clear coat loaded with gold hexes that shifts to a muted raspberry in the sunlight.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply.  I like this one, but I'm not sure how well it would work as a topper.

Rodeo

Ruby Wing Wicked West

Rodeo is a pistachio creme that shift to a dijon in the sunlight.  The formula was a bit on the thicker side, but was relatively easy to apply.  I loved this one indoors, but I noticed a strong patchy look when the color shifted.

Saloon Sweetheart

Ruby Wing Wicked West

Saloon Sweetheart is a bright coral creme that shifts to a medium berry in the sunlight.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply.  This was an immediate favorite for me!

Wanted Dead or Alive

Ruby Wing Wicked West

Wanted Dead or Alive is a cool blue shimmer that shifts to a medium blue shimmer in the sunlight.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply.  I do like this one, but the color shift was actually really subtle.

Overall I like this collection, but a couple of them fell a little short for me.  You can find these and other Ruby Wing shades at their storefront here, and be sure to check them out on Facebook for all their latest collections.
I hope you enjoyed!  Happy Painting!
