Candy Dipped

Hi everyone!  I liked my "Feelin' Blue" mani from earlier this month so much, that I decided to play around with some other colors.

I started off with two coats of China Glaze In a Lily Bit, followed by one coat of SV.

Using a cup of room temperature water, I dripped two drops of China Glaze Crimson on the surface, and sprayed it with rubbing alcohol.  (I really like using the alcohol versus hair spray because it doesn't break up the polish as much.)

I dipped my finger in the water, and cleaned up the surface before removing it.  I repeated these steps with China Glaze For Audrey.  For a little flash, I added one coat of China Glaze Fairy Dust and finished with one coat of SV.

I really love the end result.  I don't know why, but it reminded me of candy!
I hope you enjoyed!  Happy Painting!
