KBShimmer Winter 2014 Collection Swatch & Review

Hi everyone!  I have the new Winter 2014 Collection from KBShimmer for you today!  There is such a great variety of shades in this collection, and there are even some re-releases from some former fave holiday shades!!

All Decked Out

KBShimmer Winter 2014

All Decked Out is a forest green jelly loaded multi-sized hexes and stars in a variety of colors.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply, and the glitters spread out evenly across the nail.  You might remember this shade from late 2012.  I was so excited to see it back again!  I love feeling like I'm wearing a Christmas tree on my nails!

Deja Brew

Deja Brew is a medium brown linear holographic with a bit of a cinnamon undertone.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply.  I just adore this shade!  The linear effect pops really well!

Dressed to Gild

KBShimmer Winter 2014

Dressed to the Gild is a textured glitterbomb loaded with multi-sized hexes in holographic gold, as well as some flashes of lavender and lime.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply, and the glitters spread out evenly across the nail.  This is such a dazzling shade!!

Fallen Angle

Fallen Angle is a royal blue jelly loaded with multi-sized dots, hexes, and triangles in silver and blue.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply.  This is such an awesome pop color!

Flake Dance

KBShimmer Winter 2014

Flake Dance is a clear coat loaded with multi-sized hexes and snow flakes in silver holographic.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply, and the glitters spread out evenly across the nail.  I am just crazy about this glitter topper!!  The light catches the glitter brilliantly!

Kringle All the Way

Kringle All the Way is a clear coat loaded with multi-sized dots in silver, red, and green.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply, and the glitters spread out evenly across the nail.  You might remember this one from late 2013.  This is definitely one of my favorites holiday glitters!

Let's Sleigh Together

Let's Sleigh Together is a soft grey crelly loaded with multi-sized hexes and dots in green, mint, and navy.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply.  This was an immediate favorite for me!  I love everything about this shade!!

Mauve on Over

Mauve on Over is a light mauve crelly loaded with multi-sized hexes in navy, aqua, and orange.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply.  I really liked this shade when I saw it in the bottle, but I loved it even more on the nail!

Merry Pinkmas

Merry Pinkmas is a medium pink crelly loaded with multi-sized hexes, dots, and squares in a variety of colors.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply.  You might remember this shade from late 2013.  I still really like this shade a lot!

Pine-ing for Yule

Pine-ing for Yule is a clear coat loaded with green holographic triangles, red stars, and holographic dust.  The formula was relatively easy to apply, but you might want to use the dab method for these glitters.  A portion of the proceeds from each bottle sold will be donated to Toys for Tots!

Snow Way!

Snow Way! is a cool blue crelly loaded with white multi-sized hexes and dots.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply.  You might remember this shade from late 2012.  I missed it that year, so I was so glad to see its return.  It's such a great shade!

Spot Sign

Spot Sign is a clear coat loaded with black leopard spots, dots, and holographic dust.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply, and the glitters spread out evenly across the nail.  I don't think I have ever been so ridiculously excited about a glitter shape before!  I love this completely!!!

Sugar Plum Faerie

Sugar Plum Faerie is a berry crelly loaded with multi-sized hexes in a variety of colors.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply.  You might remember this shade from late 2012.  There is just so much going on in this shade!  I really like it!

Turnip the Beet is a textured glitterbomb loaded with multi-sized hexes in purple, magenta, and red.  The formula was smooth and easy to apply.  This is such a great statement shade!

White Here, White Now

KBShimmer Winter 2014

White Here, White Now is a textured white crelly loaded with multi-sized white hexes.  The formula was relatively easy to apply, but the glitters did try to clump together a bit.  This is a lot of fun to wear!  The textured look really makes it look like snow!

  2. Oh, how I wish these polishes were available in Australia. Sometimes it really sucks being so far away from everywhere else in the world. Thanks for the great reviews, nail art and hints and tips you share with us.
