Kiss InstaWave Review

Hi everyone!  Alright, I know I'm typically nails only, but you have to check out this amazing hair curler!!  It's called the Kiss InstaWave and it is BY FAR the best curler I have ever used.  I have super long straight hair, so getting a good curl is usually really difficult, and pretty short lived ... not to mention the whole process being kind of a pain in the butt!
The Kiss InstaWave makes the whole process almost effortless.  It actually grabs the section of hair and winds it around the wand for you!  Yeah, I just said that.  What used to take an hour, now takes about twenty minutes.

I mean, how cute are these curls?!

I love how easy it was to achieve uniformed curls with this!!  And sooooo quickly too!  I didn't use any products to get the curls to hold.  They lasted all day and I still had a significant amount of curl left when I woke up the next morning.

The I noticed that I could wind sections around my finger and get cute little pigtail rings that stayed without hair bands!  CUTE!!!

Honestly, I am crazy about this curler and I have recommended it to everyone I know, and now I'm recommending it to you.  You can check it out at http://www.kissinstawave.com/
I hope you enjoyed!

Soft Rainbows

Hi everyone!  I have been meaning to do a rainbow gradient for months now, so I finally did!!!

I started off with two coats of Cirque Colors Carpe Diem, followed by one coat of SV.

Using a damp wedge sponge, I added my gradient using five of my Lime Crime shades: Parfait Day, Peaches  Cream, Crema de Limón, Pastelchio, Blue Mousee, and Lavendairy.

I added one coat of Northern Lights Holographic Top Coat for a little sparkle, and finished with one coat of SV.

I just love the final look!  It's so sweet and delicate!
I hope you enjoyed!  Happy Painting!

A Little Henna

Hi everyone!  I recently received the BP-L008 plate from Born Pretty Store, and so many of the full nail images really reminded me of henna designs - so of course I had to try them out!

I started off with two coats of OPI Rollin' in Cashmere, followed by one coat of SV.

Using a wedge makeup sponge, I added a gradient using Rollin' in Cashmere, Zoya Autumn, and Zoya India.  I followed with one coat of SV.

I paired the stamping plate with Cirque Colors Memento Mori and used a different image for each nail.  I finished with one coat of SV.

I really love the end result, and now I seriously want to go get some henna done!!
I hope you enjoyed!  Happy Painting!

Galactic

Hi everyone!  I recently had someone ask me about galaxy manis, and then I realized I'd only ever done one of them ... three years ago.  I think it's time I took another shot at it.

Galaxy Nails

I started off with one coat of Cirque Colors Memento Mori, followed by one coat of Femme Fatale Touch of Madness, and then one coat of SV.

Galaxy Nails

Using a very small piece of a porous bath sponge, I added wisps of Glitter Daze Floozin' & Crusin' across the nail.  I then sponged on Cirque Colors Carpe Diem through the center of the wisps.  Next, I sponged on Glitter Daze Rolling in the Bay on the edges of the wisps.  For a little added dimension, I very lightly sponged on Dance Legend Steel Panther through the center of the wisps.

Galaxy Nails

Using my dotting tools with Carpe Diem, I added some random stars.  I finished with one coat of SV.

Galaxy Nails

I had so much fun creating this one!
I hope you enjoyed!  Happy Painting!
